HELLO! and HELLO! Fashion, two of the UK’s most iconic lifestyle and fashion titles, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director / Commercial Partnerships Director to lead travel sector partnerships across all platforms
This is a unique opportunity to work with globally recognised brands that reach an extensive audience passionate about luxury, lifestyle, and travel. Please note that this is a fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader to:
Generate new business across both HELLO! and HELLO! Fashion’s print and digital & social platforms
Proven track record of big scale cross platform content partnerships
Long standing and meaningful client relationships in Marketing Teams and relevant specialist travel agencies
Own and lead all travel specials across Hello Network (Magazine, Brand extensions Digital, Events, Social, Podcast and H Fashion - print, digital, social and audio
Lead a strong revenue pipeline report & forecast performance monthly, quarterly and annually
Grow, identify and develop long-term relationships with key travel clients using a consultative and strategic approach
Confidently pitch integrated advertising solutions over the directly to clients virtually and face to face
Act as a category expert within the travel & luxury space, staying ahead of trends and market insights internally and externally
Collaborate with wider commercial teams, editorial, commercial content teams, and digital teams to deliver tailored and impactful campaigns
Ownership of executing the revenue targets around the Travel Multiplatform Editorial strategy and successfully monetising HELLO!’s first ever Travel Awards and Travel Podcast/Show
Attend and represent HELLO! at travel trade shows throughout the year
Your profile
Strong relationships with Marketing Directors & teams at tourist boards, cruise companies, airlines mainstream & luxury tour operators, and premium travel brands.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
Demonstrate successful brand partnerships
A consultative, creative approach to selling and the ability to craft bespoke solutions.
Confidence in pitching to senior-level stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
A high level of self-motivation, organisation, and the ability to work independently.
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Travel advertising sales or commercial partnerships across print and digital.
Qualifications
Experience is key but a relevant degree qualification would be desirable.
