Account Manager

Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic and highly connected Account Manager to join our commercial team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue across our iconic brands, HELLO! and HELLO! Fashion. You will be responsible for managing and growing key agency relationships, delivering innovative multi-channel advertising solutions that span print, digital, and social.
As the primary link between our brands and major media agencies, you will leverage your existing network within agency trading to secure high-value partnerships and ensure the seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
Please note that this role is based in London 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for assigned agency accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with planners, buyers, and trading teams.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pitch for new business opportunities across HELLO! and HELLO! Fashion to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and present creative, integrated proposals encompassing print displays, digital takeovers, branded social content (TikTok/Instagram), and newsletter sponsorship.
  • Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion, lifestyle, and media to provide clients with data-driven insights and innovative campaign ideas.
Your profile
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex commercial agreements
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Organisation: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
Experience
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in media sales or account management within a publishing or agency environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record of selling and delivering campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Agency Network: Must have established, active contacts within West End agency trading and media buying teams.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification is desirable but experience is essential
